President /CEO

David is passionate about sailing, new home construction, property management, craft beer and practicing law. David spends the majority of his time with the process of building new homes, brewing beer, and practicing law but is always available to help his tenants.

DANIEL PACHECO

Director of Construction Management

Daniel works very closely with our new construction team. He oversees and manages the team to ensure we're on target for completion. If you happen to see him in the office it's usually to go above and beyond to help out the office staff.

GABE WATSON

Director of Leasing Operations

Gabe works tirelessly to keep our leased properties running smoothly. He oversees the rental side of Watson Real Estate Development Inc. Feel free to stop in and visit. He strives to keep things running smoothly and is quick to resolve issues should something come up.
